We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. We want to know if you have a concern about your purchase from 100dollarsuit.com. Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full merchandise refund.

Shipping Options and Rates

UPS Ground shipping is available for a cost of $15 per suit, including accessories. Second Day and Overnight shipping are available for additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and may not be returned if they have been worn or used. All tags must remain on the items to be returned.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Call our Customer Service department toll-free at (877) 730-4889 ext 3013 Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Central Time or e-mail us at onlinestore@100dollarsuit.com for a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Please place the sales ticket inside the original box with the items to be returned. Repackage the items and ship the box to:

  3. We will e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card or send you another item, at your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept COD packages.
